We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can develop and maintain long-term client relationships while implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

In this role you will get to;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client relationships
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals
• Manage multiple campaigns across social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and other online channels
• Monitor campaign performance and develop reports to communicate ROI to clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand relationships with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaign plans and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing account management or related field
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and building long-term client relationships
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and other related digital marketing tactics
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to make informed decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

Skills 

• Proficiency with social media platforms and strong knowledge of social media strategies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word

• Experience with, or knowledge of, digital marketing tools or platforms (HubSpot experience a plus!)

• Familiarity with design or  can use Photoshop

• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of digital marketing web traffic metrics, campaign engagement metrics, and SEO

• Proactive, organized and can juggle multiple projects at once

• Ability to manage time effectively and focus on details

• Friendly & a great communicator: You’ll work closely with our Marketing team members, Designers, and Web developers, as well as network and build relationships with our clients.
